Overview
Sales, Marketing and Global Services (SMGS)
AWS SMGS is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including the public sector. The AWS Global Support team partners with leading companies, providing world-class support critical to customer success.
The AFX Generative AI team focuses on building software tools powered by generative AI, aiming to enhance AWS field teams' effectiveness in winning opportunities and generating revenue. These tools deliver targeted intelligence through conversational interactions, personalized recommendations, and high-quality shareable content.
Your Responsibilities:
- Architect and Develop AI/ML Solutions: Build novel system architectures leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
- Create Scalable Systems: Design and build end-to-end workflows for data preparation, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with Product Partners: Work closely with product teams to scale production systems.
- Deliver AI/ML Solutions: Provide solutions that empower AWS sellers in the cloud software, services, and solutions marketplace.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience in the design or architecture of systems.
- Experience programming in at least one software language.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
